HQS will take part in the public presentation of the Karlsruher Manifest zur Digitalen Souveränität.

The manifesto brings together perspectives from business, research, public administration, culture, and politics. It addresses how digital sovereignty can be strengthened through technological expertise, secure and transparent systems, data control, open standards, and practical technology transfer.

The event includes the official presentation of the manifesto, short contributions from organizations across the Karlsruhe digital ecosystem, an opportunity to sign the manifesto, and networking.
