As CTO, Sebastian interfaces with quantum hardware companies and oversees both technical and software development.

Holds a Ph.D. from KIT's Institute of Theoretical Solid State Physics on reconstruction and verification of quantum simulation.

Her studies were funded by prestigious scholarships; she was also the winner of the Young Women Leadership Scholarship of SYNK group.

As COO, Iris is responsible for everything that keeps the company running and oversees customer-facing software development.

Jan leads HQS' research efforts in several Europe-wide scientific collaborations.

Co-author of a major publication on quantum metamaterials published in Nature Communications.
