How we work
We work in different teams and communicate closely with each other. Daily Scrum Meetings and “Qoffee“ Talks make it easy for us to share ideas.
Most of our meetings take place digitally, as some of us work from home or abroad. But many of us also appreciate the modern and pleasant office space.
Every morning we discuss our plans for the day. This allows us to react to spontaneous developments and we organize our working day effectively.
In the fast-moving digital age, it is important to be up to date. That's why every second Friday is "Freaky Friday", when we have time to educate ourselves, e.g. through e-learning platforms, internal training sessions, or reading scientific articles.
